Septage Receiving Stations

Used for pre-treatment of sewage from cesspool tanks or industrial plants collected by special purge tankers, WASTEMASTER TSB1 carries out two different processes: separation of solids present in effluents, as well as de-watering and compacting of the extracted solids.

The WASTEMASTER TSB 2-3 carries out up to three different processes: de-watering and compacting of screened solid waste, separation of sand and removal of floating, greasy matter.

WASTEMASTER TSB4 carries out up to four different processes in a single compact plant: screening, de-gritting, de-greasing, compacting of screened solid waste.

VFA DM Septage Receiving Stations are not only used for septage treatment but also for FOG and digester/sludge cleaning. The station screens, washes, conveys, and dewaters screenings all in one unit, thus eliminating the need for multiple pieces of equipment.
