A brick manufacturing facility required an upgraded dosing and feeding station capable of handling three FIBCs under a constrained low mezzanine. The system needed to transfer materials accurately to multiple processing sections while maintaining high dosing precision and seamless operation within the limited space.

Solution

We supplied a complete dosing and feeding solution, including mechanical design, electrical control, all required equipment, installation support and commissioning. Dense phase transfer conveyed materials from the FIBCs to dedicated processing sections, incorporating a Loss in Weight feeder for high-accuracy distribution, a screw feeder, and a chain conveyor to suit different material types and flow requirements.

Outcome

The system provided precise, reliable material dosing and transfer within the compact mezzanine layout. High-accuracy Loss in Weight feeding and versatile screw feeders and conveyors enabled consistent production quality.
