Oli Electric Concrete Pokers – VH Series
The VHN & VHP range of electric concrete vibrators work in direct contact with concrete to optimise compaction, for this reason they are also called immersion vibrators.
VH concrete pokers are capable of developing high centrifugal forces at a constant speed; the high wear resistance makes them suitable for all types of concrete processing, even in continuous operation in harsh conditions.
The range of electric concrete vibrators of the VH range is designed to work in direct contact with concrete to optimise compaction, for this reason they are also called immersion vibrators.

The high centrifugal force of the VH pokers is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrating needle. The control switch is protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and is inserted in a polyamide housing with IP 66 protection.
The standard VH range has a 10 meter long electric cable and a flexible, internally reinforced control tube, 5 meters long.
For safety reasons, the VH vibrator range operates in very low voltage (42V), for this reason they must be connected to CM series electromechanical or EC series electronic converters.
VHP
The VHP range (professional line) develops high centrifugal forces. The shaft is supported by four bearings for extra heavy-duty work requirements.
The VHP range is characterised by high centrifugal force, constant speed and high wear resistance which makes it suitable for all types of concrete processing, even in continuous operation.
VHP Electric High Frequency Internal Vibrators (professional range) consist of a tractor unit called vibrator head, 10 metres of electric cable, and 5 metres internally reinforced operating hose.
The high centrifugal force is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrator head.
Vibrators are equipped with a keypad (IP 66 protection) in polyamide, complete with switch protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and wear.
Highly increased compacting capacity enables quick removal of air bubbles without any segregation of the elements composing the mass. The result is mechanically strong, durable and homogeneous concrete strength with no cracks or cavities.
