DUPLOCON is the patented system for the extraction of cement from silos in concrete mixing plants, specially designed to maximise loading augers efficiency and reduce concrete mixer loading time.

Thanks to its internal design, DUPLOCON guarantees the flow of a de-aerated product in a homogeneous manner, regardless of the silo filling level. It also avoids bridging and ratholing inside the silo. DUPLOCON also requires no compressed air to minimise operating costs and requires no periodic maintenance, unlike conventional fluidification systems.

DUPLOCON has a lower height than conventional silo hoppers, the increased distance between the discharge opening and the ground facilitates installation below and allows the silo itself to be lowered
